At Soldiers for the Cause, we welcome thoughtful, honest, and courageous contributions from veterans, active-duty service members, military families, whistleblowers, journalists, artists, and allies working toward accountability, justice, and reform in military and government institutions.

Whether you're sharing an article, essay, photojournalism, first-person narrative, poem, infographic, or tip—your submission helps shine a light on the issues that matter most.


✅ What We're Looking For

  • Investigative journalism on military-industrial complex, recruitment, privatization, and war profiteering
  • Firsthand accounts from service members and families
  • Whistleblower insights (anonymity respected)
  • Policy analysis and watchdog reporting
  • Creative work: essays, poetry, artwork, protest media
  • Op-eds on veteran affairs, war, and peace
  • Tips or leads (can be off-the-record)

Email us:
Send your submission or pitch to karololesiak@soldiersforthecause.org with the subject line:
Submission – [Your Title or Topic]

Please include:

  • Your full name (or pseudonym if safety/privacy is a concern)
  • A short bio (50-100 words)
  • Any relevant links or references
  • For art/photo: high-resolution files and captions
  • For anonymous tips: Use our [SecureDrop / ProtonMail / PGP Key] (link or info here)

We accept submissions in .doc, .pdf, or pasted in the body of the email.


✍️ Editorial Guidelines

  • We edit for clarity, accuracy, and legal safety.
  • We prioritize truth-telling over polish, especially from frontline and working-class voices.
  • Word count: 500–2,000 words recommended.
  • If accepted, we’ll follow up within 1–2 weeks.
